  • How do I measure a window?
    Measuring for a new window is actually quite simple. We have produced a helpful measuring videos which should guide you through the process and printable measuring sheets and design styles that are available on our How To Measure Page.
  • I can't measure my windows....what do I do?
    We offer a full measuring service for all of our products when you are ready to place an order, we charge $199 inc GST for this service regardless of the number of windows and doors. When paying for this service, we assume full responsibility for the sizes of all your windows and doors, we believe this is a small price to pay for your peace of mind.
  • Is there a minimum order?
    no
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    We aim to have your products ready for delivery in 10 weeks. However, this may change due to customs and transport delays but we will keep you informed of any delivery updates as they happen.
  • Where are your windows and doors from?
    All of our products are directly imported from the UK, our partners there manufacture in excess of 3,000 frames PER DAY and export globally. Samples of the windows and doors are on display in our Wangara showroom.
  • Why are your products cheaper than everyone else?
    Due to the manufacturing ability mentioned above, the company uses fully automated production lines and this in turn reduces the overall cost and we pass these savings on to you.
  • How much does delivery cost?
    Delivery is dependent upon your location, however for within 70kms of the Perth CBD or our premises in Wangara, the delivery charge is $99 inc GST. You are always welcome to pick-up from our premises in Wangara. For areas outside this please contact us for a quote.
  • How will my items be delivered?
    We almost always use our own vehicles and drivers to ensure that no delivery problems occur. Please note that all goods need to be checked and a signature required upon unloading and payment must be made in full prior to delivery.
  • Can I have a circular, triangular or shaped windows?"
    Yes, for bespoke window styles like circular etc, please email your specifications or drawings to us, and we will reply with a price.
  • How do I place an order with you?
    We have developed a quick and easy quoting and ordering system which will guide you through the process. Once you have chosen your window style, entered your sizes and chosen your options you will be given a price which you can then choose to purchase. If at any time you require further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.
  • What payment types do you accept?
    We accept all major debit and credit cards which are handled safely and securely through the Commonwealth Bank as well as cheques and cash.
  • Do you offer an installation service?
    Although DIY Double Glazing Perth do not install themselves, we have a list of approved installers that we are happy to supply to you, these have all been checked and vetted by us along with an inspection of their installations.
  • What guarantees do you offer?
    We offer a comprehensive guarantee as described below:Frames: we undertake to warrant their White, Anthracite & Golden Oak laminated PVC-u window and door profiles for a period of 10 years. This warranty is in respect of colour stability, shape retention and impact strength retention. Sealed glass units: 5 years against condensation inside the unit.
  • Can I order over the telephone?
    Due to the complicated nature of our bespoke products, we are unable to take orders over the telephone. However we are happy to provide any assistance you may need whilst completing an order with us, we need a signed order with confirmed sizes and designs to process any orde
